We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at TMC, a leading provider of therapy services in long-term care settings. As a Physical Therapist at TMC, you will play a critical role in helping our patients achieve optimal physical function and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to identify impairments, functional limitations, and contributing factors.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, patient goals, and evidence-based practice guidelines.
- Utilize a variety of interventions, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, modalities, and patient education, to address impairments and improve function.
- Perform hands-on manual therapy techniques, such as joint mobilization, soft tissue mobilization, and manual stretching, to address musculoskeletal dysfunctions and improve tissue mobility.
- Guide patients through functional mobility training, gait training, and activities of daily living (ADL) retraining to improve their ability to perform essential tasks and participate in meaningful activities.
- Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program.
- Current license/certification in the state of practice.
