Job Title: Facilities Work Order Management Administrator

Eastern Research Group, Inc. (ERG) is a research and consulting firm that provides a wide range of support to federal, state, and commercial clients. We offer multidisciplinary teams with nationally recognized skills in engineering, science, economics, public health, informational technology, and communications.

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to oversee the distribution and tracking of work orders across several facilities and disciplines at a federal facility site in Indian Head, Maryland.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive, process, and track electronic work orders related to the maintenance and repair of client facilities
  • Assign work orders to appropriate personnel and ensure that the work is completed correctly and on time
  • Coordinate with on-site staff, contractors, and vendors to complete work orders
  • Maintain accurate records of all work orders, including detailed information on the work performed, materials used, and costs incurred
  • Provide routine reports to the Facilities Manager on work order status, including any delays or issues that arise
  • Follow up with the Facilities Manager as needed to ensure an accurate understanding of a work order request if it needs to be clarified
  • Coordinate with maintenance personnel and the production controller to ensure work is completed in coordination with each facility's production and manufacturing schedules
  • Assist with other facilities management tasks as needed
Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Up to 5 years of relevant maintenance and repair experience
  • Have or be able to obtain a secret-level security clearance
  • Experience with work order management software preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

The salary range for all positions depends on the years and type of experience.
