  • Inspections and Maintenance: Perform daily pre- and post-shift inspections of equipment to ensure safe operability, and assist with repairs as needed.
  • Material Handling: Load finished bale product onto incoming trailers for shipment, and assist with general ground maintenance as required.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Communicate effectively with staff on mechanical and operational issues, and assist other crafts in their down times as needed.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and guidelines, and report any incidents or near-misses to management.

Requirements:

  • 6 months experience in operating forklifts
  • Basic mechanical knowledge to inspect equipment
  • Ability to follow instructions and safety regulations
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs.
