Description:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Customer Support Manager to join our team at Stott and May in San Diego, CA. This is a full-time, permanent role that offers a hybrid work arrangement, with 2-3 days of in-office work in either San Diego or New Jersey. The annual salary range for this position is $85,000-$125,000, along with comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, chat, and social media.
  • Analyze customer support data to identify recurring issues, trends, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to address customer feedback and ensure products and services meet customer needs.
  • Manage and maintain customer support systems and tools.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in customer support or a related field.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with customer support software, CRM systems, and cloud technologies.
