Your primary responsibility will be to provide personalized support and care to our participants, enabling them to live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct support and care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, mental illness, and behavioral challenges.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management.
  • Support participants in developing life skills, such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
  • Encourage and facilitate community involvement and participation in activities.
  • Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized support plans.
