About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver/Direct Support Professional to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, mental illness, and behavioral challenges.

  • Support individuals with daily living activities, such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management.
  • Assist with developmental goals, such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
  • Encourage participation in community activities and hobbies.
  • Develop meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and adaptability skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance are also required for day and evening shifts.
