Overview:

As a key member of our nursing leadership, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring the effective implementation of our nursing service program within the facility.

Salary:
The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000-$110,000, based on experience and location in Kennewick, WA.

Job Description:
This position requires strong clinical and leadership skills, with the ability to coordinate, structure, implement, and guide the delivery of the nursing service program. Key responsibilities include:
  • Conducting daily clinical rounds
  • Taking and documenting all patient history and vital signs
  • Assisting with daily triage/sick call, minor medical/surgical procedures, and patient assessments
  • Assisting with examinations and/or treatments
  • Evaluating the quality and effectiveness of clinical services
  • Orienting and training clinical personnel
  • Observing and reviewing documentation, orders, and patient care plans
  • Responding to and initiating care for medical emergencies within the facility

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you must hold a current, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in WA and have a valid CPR card.
