Job Overview:
Indotronix International Corporation is seeking a dedicated Onsite Quality Control Technician with a focus on Inspection.

This position is essential for ensuring that both raw materials and finished products adhere to our stringent quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promptly address supplier quality concerns
  • Efficiently manage PPAP processes
  • Effectively handle scrap incidents and follow established protocols
  • Accurately document nonconformance issues for suppliers
  • Conduct thorough audits of production processes
  • Maintain quality records in accordance with company policies and requirements
  • Support final quality assessments on the production floor.
Core Competencies:
  • Expertise in lean manufacturing principles and quality assurance tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Basic management capabilities and problem-solving skills
  • Aptitude for building and maintaining relationships across various organizational levels
Required Qualifications:
  • Associate's or Technical degree (preferred) or relevant professional experience
  • A minimum of 2 years in manufacturing-related positions
  • Ability to perform effectively in high-pressure situations
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of Continuous Improvement methodologies
  • Experience with root cause analysis and problem-solving techniques
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills
  • Familiarity with commercial HVAC manufacturing processes
Education:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
