SummaryProvide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and counseling services to individuals and families facing mental health challenges and emotional difficulties. Ensure seamless coordination of intake, assessments, counseling sessions, and client referrals.
Qualifications- Master's degree in a relevant field (required)
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Active Associate license or LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PhD
- Minimum of 2 years of experience providing therapy in a mental health setting
- Registered Associate status to practice in the State of Oregon
- Experience treating a range of mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, and PTSD
- Commitment to collaboration with staff and external providers when necessary
- Proficiency in clinical documentation, including accurate and professional progress notes, intakes, and treatment plans.
Licensure Supervision is Provided.
