Position Overview:
We have an immediate opportunity for a Dedicated Solo Class A CDL Truck Operator, and we are seeking the ideal candidate to join our esteemed organization.

If you are contemplating a transition from Owner Operator to Company Driver, we are here to facilitate a seamless changeover.

Compensation:
Our drivers receive weekly payments, with an average weekly earning potential ranging from $1403 to $1700.

Pay Structure:
- Solo Miles Compensation: $0.60 per mile for 2000+ miles weekly
- Solo Stops Compensation: $18.75 per stop for 8+ stops weekly
- Per Diem Compensation: $27.50 per night for up to 4 nights weekly

Overnight routes will be conducted in sleeper cabs.

Loyalty Incentive:
A $5000 bonus is available, distributed as $2500 at the 6-month mark and another $2500 at the 12-month mark.

Training:
Paid training is provided to ensure your success.

Work Schedule:
Primarily Tuesday through Friday, with no weekend shifts required.

Start Time: 4:00 AM

Route Details:
- Service Area: MN, IA, WI, ND, NE, MT, CO, WY, and SD
- Route Type: Regional
- Equipment: Auto Sleepers and Dry Van/Reefer Trailers

Uniforms and Boot Allowance:

Requirements:
- Minimum age of 21
- Successful completion of a drug test and background check
- Valid Class A CDL with necessary endorsements
- Minimum experience: 9 months within the last 3 years, or 2 years within the last 5 years, or 5 years within the last 10 years

Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
- Maintain accurate records and logs
- Assist in loading/unloading freight as required
- Perform additional duties as assigned
