Position Overview
MAPEI is seeking dedicated Warehouse Operators to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be immersed in a high-energy manufacturing setting, contributing to various warehouse functions including shipping and receiving, inventory management, quality assurance, and the use of computerized systems such as RF Scanners and ERP systems to facilitate smooth operations and timely deliveries for our valued customers.
Compensation Details
The hourly wage for this position can reach up to $19.50, based on experience, with additional shift differentials of $1.00 per hour for second shift and $2.00 per hour for third shift.
Shift Availability
We are currently filling positions for the second shift, which operates from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM.
- Prepare and pull orders while ensuring an orderly shipping and receiving area.
- Manage inbound and outbound shipments efficiently.
- Load and unload pallets as required.
- Package shipping containers and product bags appropriately.
- Conduct inventory counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Track orders and document product movements.
- Operate various warehouse machinery, including sit-down and stand-up forklifts, cherry-pickers, and reach forklifts.

Candidate Requirements
- A willingness to engage in hands-on tasks is essential.
- Mechanical aptitude and prior experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment are preferred.
- Forklift experience or certification is advantageous.
- A minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required.
- Strong oral and written communication skills are necessary.
- Ability to lift up to 55 lbs independently and up to 100 lbs with assistance.
- Must be capable of standing for extended periods.
- Availability for overtime and flexibility to accommodate assigned shift hours is required.
