We are seeking a highly skilled Travel Imaging Technologist to join our team in Carlsbad, New Mexico. This exciting opportunity will provide you with the chance to work with a variety of imaging equipment and technologies while delivering exceptional patient care.

About the Role

This 13-week travel assignment offers a competitive salary of $2124 - $2232 per week, based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment, collaborating with physicians and other health team members to provide high-quality patient care.

As a Travel Imaging Technologist, your responsibilities will include:

  • Administering medications as ordered and documenting outcomes
  • Monitoring patients' responses to interventions and reporting outcomes
  • Performing procedures and operating departmental equipment
  • Providing and coordinating patient care with other health team members

You will also be responsible for maintaining cleanliness of rooms and adequate stock of supplies, transporting patients as needed, and performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have at least 1-2 years' experience as an Imaging Technologist, preferably in a hospital setting. You should also possess certifications relevant to the position, such as ARRT or RT(R). Physical abilities required include remaining in a stationary position, moving and lifting equipment (50-100 lbs), pushing, bending, and pulling.
