Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research and development of viable thermal and structural solutions for systems and components.
  • Utilize relevant analytic tools for thermal and structural analysis, including Finite Element Modeling (FEM) and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) Analysis.
  • Create and correlate analytical models to provide guidance for product development.
  • Perform performance, structural, and thermal tests and measurements.
  • Report and document product structural and thermal performance.
  • Assess design merits with regard to product specification and reliability.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with materials and parts suppliers to source high-quality components.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product development.

Requirements:

  • BS in Mechanical Engineering or related field with 6-8 years of experience or MS in Mechanical Engineering or related field with 4-6 years of experience.
  • Proven experience in thermal analysis, mechanical engineering, and structural analysis.
  • Strong understanding of thermal and mechanical principles, including heat transfer and fluid dynamics.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools, including FEM and CFD Analysis.
