Job Summary

As a Senior Property Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of a luxury hotel. This includes managing a team of professionals, developing and implementing business plans, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability
  • Lead and manage a team of hotel professionals to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and marketing initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance to inform business decisions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge
Requirements
  • 2-year degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field
  • 8 years of experience in hotel operations, sales and marketing, finance, or related field
  • Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving business growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
