A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with prior experience in a customer-facing role preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and handling phone calls
• Process medical records and maintain accurate patient information
• Assist veterinarians and veterinary technicians with administrative tasks
• Manage cash and credit card transactions
