Mental Health Nurse Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate patient care within the scope of nursing practice.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and the healthcare team to coordinate care for an effective and current plan of care.
- Document patient information effectively, succinctly, and timely according to organizational policy.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Associates Degree from a professional nursing program is required.
- BSN or current enrollment in a BSN program at an accredited school of Nursing is preferred.
- Ability to work night shift (12-hours) with rotating weekends.
