Key Responsibilities

  • Assist experienced mentors in the day-to-day activities of Loan Officers and Credit Analysts
  • Analyze financial statements and underwrite loans of different sizes and complexities
  • Participate in loan committee meetings and loan package preparation
  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends
  • Network with product partners and leaders in the lending division
  • Enhance verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Participate in training opportunities as part of the Banker Development Program

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a four-year, accredited college or university
  • Strong preference for Finance or Accounting major
  • Good standing at the college or university
  • Excellent PC skills, including Microsoft Office products
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
