This role involves overseeing our residential programs and coordinating the implementation of Positive Behavior Intervention Services (PBIS) across all Devereux Georgia initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the development and execution of D-PBIS programs tailored for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
- Facilitate training sessions, conduct observations, and gather data to enhance D-PBIS practices.
- Supervise instructional methods utilized by staff to ensure program integrity.
- Perform assessments to monitor program effectiveness and adherence to established standards.
- Develop and maintain data collection systems for PBIS program metrics.
- Lead D-PBIS leadership team meetings and provide updates on program progress.
- Conduct program evaluations and participate in quality assurance assessments.
- Implement behavior management plans based on functional assessments.
- Serve as a communication bridge between Program Coordinators and Program Administrators.
Salary: Starting at $65,000 annually, commensurate with education and relevant experience.
Schedule: Full-time
Location: Overseeing programs in multiple areas.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education, or a related field. A Master’s degree and/or BCBA/BCaBA certification is preferred.
Experience: Minimum of three years working with individuals with intellectual disabilities, particularly adults with autism. Proven expertise in Positive Behavior Support, project coordination, and performance management is essential. Strong data collection and analytical skills are required, along with proficiency in MS Office applications. A valid driver’s license is necessary.
