Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Aim Star Learning, PLLC is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing individualized ABA treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
  • Collaborate with CBTs, parents, and other staff to ensure comprehensive care
  • Conduct regular assessments, analyze data, and adjust strategies to maximize client outcomes
  • Provide ongoing training and support to CBTs and other staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
  • Engage with families to educate and empower them, ensuring they are active participants in their child's progress
Requirements:
  • Current BCBA and LBA certification
  • Deep understanding of ABA principles and practices
  • Strong communication skills, enabling effective connection with clients, families, and team members
  • Ability to supervise and train others, with a strong commitment to mentoring and leading
  • Experience working in a clinical setting, preferably with individuals with autism
