We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team at Golden Touch ABA. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for assessing, designing, and implementing treatment plans for clients with behavioral challenges.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Design and implement ABA curriculum plans, reviewing and updating them regularly
  • Develop behavior intervention plans and provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and other professionals
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Analyze ABA data and implement data-driven program changes
  • Write reports summarizing data and progress for each client supervised
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
  • Current Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • State of Utah licensure as an LBA
  • Minimum of two years of experience providing ABA therapy
  • Ability to assess patient needs, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress effectively
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
