Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Lakewood, WA. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering tailored therapy sessions to approximately 26 students across two sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver individualized therapy sessions to meet the unique needs of each student.
  • Manage a caseload of around 26 students, collaborating with teachers, parents, and school staff to provide comprehensive support.
  • Document and adjust therapy plans based on student progress.
  • Conduct effective one-on-one or small group therapy sessions.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Valid licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in Washington.
  • Experience in school settings preferred, but Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are welcome.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to engage with diverse student populations.
