  • 1-3 years of experience in ER/Trauma nursing.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
