GENERAL DUTIES: The primary responsibility is to deliver exceptional customer service by leveraging extensive knowledge of our products. It is essential to maintain a welcoming and professional atmosphere by greeting and acknowledging every customer and colleague. Candidates should be capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment and possess strong communication skills. Additional tasks may be assigned by management as needed.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide prompt and accurate information in response to customer inquiries and concerns.
- Assist customers, sales personnel, and delivery staff with their purchases.
- Handle inbound calls and engage in face-to-face interactions with customers regarding warranties and returns.
- Order parts for missing hardware and replacements.
- Follow up with the factory on outstanding service orders to provide status updates.
- Manage non-sellable reports to clear items awaiting parts.
- Collaborate with sales associates to exceed customer service expectations.
- Organize and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Maintain a tidy office environment.
- File daily invoices accurately.
EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to repetitively use arms, hands, and fingers; communicate effectively with team members; maintain a positive attitude when interacting with customers; and possess knowledge of employment and safety protocols.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: To perform essential job functions, an employee must be able to engage in activities such as stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pulling, talking, listening, and repetitive motions. The role may involve lifting up to 20 lbs occasionally.
WORK ENVIRONMENT: This position is situated in a climate-controlled indoor setting.
