Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lease Sales Representative to join our team at Penske Truck Leasing. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building relationships with customers, and driving revenue growth through the sale of full-service truck leasing solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities within a designated territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly revenue quotas
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless customer service and support
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of consultative selling techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales CRM software
