The Senior Financial Analyst plays a crucial role within the management reporting, planning, and analysis team in Asset Servicing (AS) Finance. This position is vital in addressing the financial requirements of the AS business.

Knowledge and Skills
  • Proficient in finance and/or accounting principles.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent relationship-building and management skills necessary for collaboration with finance and business partners.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct analysis, reporting, and forecasting of consolidated Asset Servicing financial outcomes, supporting the President of Asset Servicing in achieving business objectives, and reporting to senior executives.
  • Assist in leading the Annual Planning process for Asset Servicing, including establishing annual goals and creating tools for the consolidation and analysis of submitted plans from AS segments.
  • Foster strong relationships and collaborate closely with finance partners globally.
  • Engage in special projects as directed by team managers, the AS Chief Financial Officer, or senior business leaders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with finance partners worldwide.
Experience
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, along with a bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
  • Familiarity with Cognos Analytics and Power BI is advantageous.
