Job Overview

Advanced Practice House Calls LLC is seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a home visit medical practitioner, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our team to deliver exceptional healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and treat acute, episodic, or chronic illnesses
  • Prescribe necessary medications and treatments
  • Perform comprehensive physical examinations of patients
  • Develop and implement patient management policies and procedures
  • Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities
  • Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient care

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields
  • Ability to build rapport with patients
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong leadership qualities

Compensation:

$125 for new patient visits

$100 for established/follow-up patient visits

Additional pay for some patient-related work done at home (e.g., chart reviews, phone calls)

We offer a flexible scheduling system, allowing you to choose your available days and schedule patients accordingly. A Spanish-speaking candidate is a plus, and a background in case management or home health is beneficial.

This is an independent contractor/1099 position, with the opportunity to build towards a full-time schedule as your patient load increases. You will receive training and full clinical support available.
