Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Assistant to join our team at Piggly Wiggly Midwest LLC. As a key member of our distribution center, you will provide administrative support to our transportation team, ensuring seamless operations and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Release routes, print selection labels, and organize by departure and commodity type
  • Assist with store phone calls/orders, ad-ons, memos, and outs
  • Perform data entry and monitor system information
  • Notify supervisors of needed adjustments and provide customer service
  • Prepare store mail for delivery and pick up selector scratches and buyer chases
  • Audit inbound receiving, print labels, reconcile, and note overages, shorts, and damage
  • Assist with special projects as needed
Work Environment

Our warehouse and office environments are climate-controlled, ensuring a comfortable working space.

Requirements
  • At least six months of warehouse experience, with pallet jack experience preferred
  • Ability to work the overnight shift and overtime required
  • Specialized knowledge of grocery selection and distribution processes
