About the Role

  • Competitive Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per year, based on experience
  • Benefits: Lab fees covered, flexible scheduling, busy and friendly team atmosphere, cash/PPO practice, 401K plan after 6 months, full coverage for health insurance, medical, dental, vision, and life insurance (full-time only), free dental care for team members, daily availability of coffee, drinks, and snacks, free parking at the dental office
Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and providing appropriate dental treatment to patients, including regular cleanings, restorative work, root canals, surgical extractions, implants, and cosmetic dentistry. You will also educate patients and their families on maintaining proper oral health, communicate with dental staff regarding patient treatment plans, prescribe medications as necessary, document all medications, diagnoses, treatments, and consultations carefully, and collaborate with other dental specialists as needed.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must hold a DDS or DMD degree, have a current and active license to practice dentistry, and valid malpractice liability insurance. A dedication to providing the highest quality of care to patients, excellent communication skills, and a friendly and professional demeanor are essential for success in this position.
