Job Overview - How You'll Contribute:

At H+H KIA, we're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Director of First Impressions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming experience for our guests, ensuring their visit to our dealership is a positive one.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain all customer areas according to the Director of First Impressions Host & Receptionist Hospitality Checklist.
  • Establish and maintain a friendly, professional relationship with customers and associates.

Qualifications - What You Need to be Successful:

  • Excellent verbal and nonverbal communication skills.
  • High energy, partnered with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Customer experience preferred.
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of guests or associates of H&H.
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical skills at a high school level.
  • Perform bending, pushing, climbing, leaning, twisting, reaching, kneeling, crouching, standing, walking, and other maneuvers associated with the position.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 lbs. throughout the day.
  • Must have a High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).

The Schedule:

  • Part Time: Monday and Wednesday 4 pm to 8 pm or Tuesday and Thursday 4 pm to 8 pm and Rotating Saturday coverage 8 am to 6 pm.
