Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and patient goals to help patients achieve their maximum potential.
  • Provide direct therapy services: Provide direct therapy services using therapeutic techniques and equipment as appropriate to help patients achieve their goals.
  • Collaborate with patients, families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals: Collaborate with patients, families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation: Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes to ensure continuity of care.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy: Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Valid OT license: Valid OT license in the state of New Mexico.
  • Previous experience working with diverse populations: Previous experience working with diverse populations and age groups preferred.
