Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' physical, emotional, cognitive, and environmental needs.
  • Collaborate with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to establish treatment goals and plans.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment programs to improve clients' functional abilities, including activities of daily living (ADLs), fine motor skills, mobility, and social skills.
  • Implement therapeutic interventions and modalities, such as therapeutic exercises, adaptive equipment, and sensory integration techniques.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Clinical experience in evaluating and treating individuals with diverse conditions and disabilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
