Job Summary

Our Sales Associates play a crucial role in achieving Trek's Mission by providing exceptional customer service and changing the world by getting more people on bikes. They are responsible for guiding customers through their cycling goals, ensuring they have a great experience on their rides, and developing their sales and hospitality skills through training and on-the-job experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop sales and hospitality skills through training and on-the-job experience
* Achieve individual monthly and annual sales targets of at least $400,000 per fiscal year
* Learn about bikes, components, apparel, and technology
* Participate in daily huddles and debriefs
* Use the Guide Sales Process to provide customers with exceptional hospitality
* Follow through on Quotes and Lead List communications
* Make decisions regarding the care of and doing the right thing for customers
* Maintain Trek University Guide Status by completing Trek U modules
* Complete Daily Task List assignments
* Maintain all aspects of store merchandising according to visual merchandising standards
* Complete weekly Cycle Counts
* Assemble or pre-assemble new bicycles
* Prep customer bikes for service by our Service or Production Technicians
