About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team at Maxim Healthcare Services in Orange County, CA. As an LVN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our healthcare team to deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities
  • Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
  • Perform focused interviews to identify specific patient needs and assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the healthcare team.
Qualifications
  • Current LVN license in the state of practice.
  • Current Health Certificate (per facility).
  • Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
  • Current and active BLS card.
  • One year prior LVN experience preferred.
