Ensemble Performing Arts is on the lookout for a
passionate and supportive music teacher with expertise in early childhood music education. This role involves not only individual instruction but also the exciting opportunity to launch our innovative early childhood program.
We are specifically seeking instructors who will conduct lessons IN PERSON.
Ideal candidates will possess a solid musical foundation, demonstrated by a degree in Music Education or Music Performance, along with a genuine enthusiasm for teaching.
Experience with children aged 5-7 years is essential, and candidates must be able to pass a standard background check.
Proficiency in piano and guitar is advantageous but not mandatory. The selected instructor should be adept at reading, interpreting, and executing lesson plans from a structured curriculum.The instructor will provide one-on-one lessons to children in the specified age group.
As the program develops, we aim to introduce a weekly Music Explorers group class featuring a dedicated curriculum for children aged 5-7 years, complementing the individual lessons.
Compensation for instructors will be based on experience, ranging from $30 to $38 per hour.A 401(K) plan with employer matching will be available to all employees after a specified period of employment.
