Responsibilities- Assess and intervene in emergency situations, prioritizing patients based on medical need.
- Provide comprehensive care to patients with various medical conditions, including trauma and illnesses.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
- Active RN license in good standing.
- At least 18 months of recent experience in an acute care emergency room setting.
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications may be required.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week, with flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs.
