We are currently looking for a Claims Representative to become a vital part of our Property, Auto, and Liability (PAL) Claims team, focusing on the resolution of mild to complex general liability claims.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve moderately to complex claims by assessing liability and reaching agreements with claimants in accordance with policy guidelines.
- Determine coverage through thorough investigations, including reviewing claim forms, policies, and records; interviewing claimants, insured parties, and witnesses; and consulting with relevant authorities.
- Address ambiguous claims by conducting detailed investigations and evaluating evidence.
- Ensure proper documentation of assigned claims files, adhering to company and state regulations.
- Compile reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing claim-related information.
- Enhance professional and technical expertise by participating in ongoing education and training.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in business or a related field, along with 3+ years of claims handling experience OR 5+ years of claims handling experience.
- Proficient in PC Applications.
- Ability to obtain and maintain necessary licensing as required.
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
