Job Description:

CDK Global is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and productivity standards, ensuring high levels of efficiency and effectiveness in customer service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal teams.
  • Bi-lingual Spanish a plus, but not required.
  • Computer navigation skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems and software applications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Outgoing and positive attitude with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
