Senior Equipment Reliability Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Equipment Reliability Specialist to join our team at Mactac North America. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional to make a significant impact on our organization.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving equipment reliability, performance, and product quality. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to organize and plan continuous improvement and root cause analysis of equipment reliability, preventative maintenance data, and activities.
Your primary goal will be to provide documentation structure and reporting data to leadership on reliability, OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), and PM (Preventive Maintenance) performance. You will analyze usage and maintain critical spare parts inventory, collect and evaluate data to reduce downtime, and improve machine availability.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective equipment reliability strategies to drive performance and quality.
- Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas for optimization.
- Collaborate with maintenance, production operations, and engineering teams to ensure seamless execution of preventative maintenance tasks and root cause analysis.
- Design and implement condition-based monitoring methodologies to predict and prevent equipment failures.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance history, including PM tasks, repairs, and replacements.
- Conduct regular reviews of maintenance procedures to ensure they are up-to-date and aligned with industry best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field required; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in reliability engineering, maintenance, or a related field.
- Proven track record of improving equipment reliability, reducing downtime, and increasing overall efficiency.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans.
