About the Job

Fine Care Center is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated team. As an LPN, you will work under the supervision of doctors and RNs, performing various duties such as taking vital signs, collecting samples, administering medication, and ensuring patient comfort.

Responsibilities
  • Take vital signs and collect samples from patients
  • Administer medication and ensure patient comfort
  • Report patient status to nurses and doctors
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare team to provide high-quality patient care
Requirements
  • Active New York State LPN License
  • Current CPR certification
  • High level of patience, empathy, and compassion
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Resume
  • MMR & Varicella titers
  • PPD or proof of chest X-ray if positive
  • 1 Personal reference letter, 1 Professional reference letter
  • Original non-expired State Identification
  • Original proof of Work Authorization
  • Malpractice Insurance Policy
  • Knowledge of EMR Programs a plus
