The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that various advanced military systems receive the necessary supplies in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed cost analysis and estimation.
  • Oversee and maintain accurate inventory records, including physical audits.
  • Execute stock control functions within automated supply systems.
  • Stay informed and proficient in relevant databases, policies, and procedures.
  • Utilize analytical skills to diagnose supply chain issues and develop compliant solutions.

This position is governed by the Service Contract Act (SCA) and is classified as non-exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of three years of relevant experience in cost estimation, inventory management, and equipment tracking.
  • Experience in a military administrative environment.
  • Proficiency in automated supply systems and stock control functions.
  • Familiarity with government supply systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Experience in resolving supply system discrepancies through research and policy compliance.
  • Forklift operation experience is preferred.
  • Prior Navy supply experience is advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications

While not mandatory, an active DoD clearance is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits

This position is subject to the McNamara-O'Hara Service Contract Act (SCA), with wages determined on a contract basis.
