Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement supply chain compliance programs to meet government and commercial requirements
- Create and manage performance metrics to measure compliance
- Lead and assist audits to ensure compliance with processes and requirements
- Review and approve procurement activities to ensure compliance with processes and requirements
- Develop and implement compliance processes for adherence to customer contracts
- Work with stakeholders to identify and resolve areas of compliance non-conformance
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 6+ years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing, or process critical operations
- Data-driven approach with a track record of using KPIs to drive process improvements
- Experience working on U.S. government contracts and associated requirements
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Team player mentality with the ability to foster a collaborative culture
