Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement supply chain compliance programs to meet government and commercial requirements

  • Create and manage performance metrics to measure compliance
  • Lead and assist audits to ensure compliance with processes and requirements
  • Review and approve procurement activities to ensure compliance with processes and requirements
  • Develop and implement compliance processes for adherence to customer contracts
  • Work with stakeholders to identify and resolve areas of compliance non-conformance

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 6+ years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing, or process critical operations
  • Data-driven approach with a track record of using KPIs to drive process improvements
  • Experience working on U.S. government contracts and associated requirements
  • Clear and effective communication skills
  • Team player mentality with the ability to foster a collaborative culture
