Set up and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence, and other materials.

Handle multiple phone lines, transfer calls as needed, and take messages.

Transfer information from system-to-system accurately.

Locate and attach appropriate files to incoming correspondence requiring replies.

Handle incoming mail and ensure the correct recipient receives the correct mail.

Qualifications

High School Diploma

Minimum 1-year prior receptionist/administrative assistant experience

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Programs

Basic literacy and numeracy skills

Self-motivated

Good customer service skills

Excellent attendance record

Polite phone manner
