Key Responsibilities:- Installation and Maintenance: Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems and fixtures, including soldering copper and assembling pipes, tubes, and fittings as per code requirements.
- Customer Interaction: Handle customer interactions, troubleshoot and resolve problems, and prepare estimates.
- Project Management: Utilize dispatch software to manage and complete projects, and ensure that service trucks are maintained and clean.
- Quality and Safety: Complete all tasks in accordance with company quality and safety standards, and demonstrate respect and compassion when communicating with clients on work performed and recommendations for repairs or replacement.
- Experience: 5+ years of plumbing installation experience, with a strong understanding of residential plumbing installation and current CPC.
- Leadership: Ability to oversee 2-4 workers and train, with strong communication and customer service skills.
- Physical Demands: Ability to handle physical workload, including lifting 80 lbs.
- Licenses and Certifications: Valid Driver's License, and trade certifications are a plus.
- Competitive Compensation: Annual compensation opportunity ranges from $66K-$120K, with base pay dependent on many factors, including training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands.
