  • Prepare and cook menu items to the highest standard
  • Perform regular quality assessments to ensure consistency and excellence
  • Responsible for restocking and cleaning station

Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years' experience in a high-volume restaurant/bar
  • Desire to work in a chef-driven environment where the focus is great food and dedication to the trade
  • Attention to detail and quality of product

What We Offer:

  • Paid Sick Leave is limited to 40 hours (5 days) for the year and maximum is 80 hours (10 days)
