Position Overview:
The Electrical and Instrumentation Maintenance Specialist will be responsible for executing preventive and predictive maintenance tasks, alongside troubleshooting and corrective actions on Process Control Technician (PCT) equipment. This role is essential to ensure the safe and reliable operation of electrical instruments, analyzer systems, and related equipment in compliance with all relevant standards and procedures.

Employment Type:
This position is part of a union and includes a probationary period as per the labor agreement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere strictly to operational and safety procedures, ensuring personal safety and the completion of maintenance tasks under safe conditions.
- Conduct assigned preventive and predictive maintenance tasks on PCT/PAT equipment, ensuring timely completion according to established plans and schedules.
- Perform troubleshooting and repair work on PCT/PAT equipment to maintain safe and reliable operations.
- Provide timely feedback to supervisors, planners, engineers, and production personnel regarding maintenance task performance and identified issues to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Complete assigned training and safety activities promptly.
- Execute corrective maintenance tasks during shifts as assigned, ensuring operational reliability.
- Maintain tools in proper condition and prepare maintenance activity reports for management review.

Qualifications:
- Completion of vocational training in electrical and instrumentation or relevant work experience in the field.
- Successful completion of written and practical assessments as required by the site.

Preferred Experience:
- Background in manufacturing or industrial environments.

Skills Required:
- Willingness to work overtime and on rotating shifts.
- Ability to work independently during back shifts and weekends.
- Compliance with pre-employment drug screening and background checks.
- Participation in emergency response training and qualification.
