Job Summary



We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join our team at ENGIE North America Inc. As an Electrical Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of plant instrumentation and controls, including generator instrumentation and controls, DCS and PLC systems, and combustion control systems.



Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and repair plant equipment, including instrumentation and controls, to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Perform preventative and emergency maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and ensure safety.
  • Collaborate with maintenance and operational personnel to coordinate activities and ensure smooth operations.
  • Troubleshoot complex electronic control equipment to identify and resolve issues.
  • Implement and carry out required plant maintenance functions and repairs at various sites.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping, as required.


Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in maintenance of plant equipment, preferably in an instrumentation and controls technician role.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot complex electronic control equipment.
  • Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to drive company vehicle.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
