About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator to join our team at Aspen Place Health Campus. As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our nursing staff schedules.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and manage the campus' four-week Master set schedule
  • Manage nursing hours and staff ratios to census
  • Monitor overtime and implement strategies to decrease or eliminate it
  • Manage Time and Attendance
  • Anticipate staffing needs and collaborate with the recruiter and campus leaders to minimize open positions
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Qualified Medication Aide (QMA/KMA) Certification, active for the state in which you will be working
  • Current and valid CPR certification
  • Exemplary computer skills, including knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite of products
