PXP Analyst Job Description

The PXP Analyst plays a crucial role in providing data-driven insights and analysis to support the PXP team's business process improvements and reengineering efforts. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement precise management plans for PXP programs and projects, ensuring effective planning, communication, resource allocation, change management, risk mitigation, and issue resolution.
  • Own the preparation and execution of monthly and quarterly PXP reports, leveraging data to drive business decisions and recommendations.
  • Develop and implement manager, employee, and PXP dashboards to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business process improvements and reengineering initiatives.
  • Maintain documentation regarding various projects, processes, and operations for the PXP organization.
  • Develop training materials and deliver training on data, analytics, projects, or programs to support team development and knowledge sharing.
  • Support audits to ensure compliance with defined business processes and data privacy regulations.
Requirements:
  • Three (3) years of experience providing data analyst support to a team of professionals or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficiency in HCM and Workday.
  • Excel expertise, including pivot tables, analysis, and VLOOKUP.
  • Resourcefulness, creative problem-solving skills, and excellent customer service.
  • Efficient time management, ability to take charge, and lead tasks to completion.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • MS 365 proficiency and ability to travel 5% of the time.
  • Ability to clear required background checks.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field of study.
  • Certified Analytics Professional or Power BI Data Analyst Certification.

Compensation & Benefits:

Stride, Inc. considers a person's education, experience, and qualifications, as well as the position's work location, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market, and internal value when determining a new employee's salary level. Salaries will differ based on these factors, the position's level, and expected contribution, and the employee's benefits elections. Offers will typically be in the bottom half of the range. The anticipated salary range is $58,000 to $93,447.60 per year. Eligible employees may receive a bonus. Stride offers a robust benefits package for eligible employees that can include health benefits, retirement contributions, and paid time off.
