About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavior Therapist to join our team in a special education setting. In this role, you will work closely with students who require additional support to succeed academically and behaviorally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide 1:1 or group support to students as needed
  • Collect and record data on student behavior
  • Develop and implement behavior reduction protocols to promote positive outcomes
Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • National certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
  • References available upon request

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
