Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Behavior Aide Lead to join our team at Behavior Management Solutions. As a Behavior Aide Lead, you will play a critical role in supporting students with autism and other disabilities in a public school classroom setting.

Responsibilities
  • Assist students with managing their behavior, providing breaks, and utilizing motivational systems to promote positive outcomes.
  • Collect and analyze data on student behavior, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with teachers, clinical supervisors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of individualized curricula.
  • Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team to develop and implement behavior intervention plans that meet the unique needs of each student.
  • Provide regular updates to supervisors on student progress and areas for improvement.
  • Be a reliable and punctual team member, with a strong commitment to learning and growth.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in Applied Behavior Analysis and/or school aide experience preferred.
  • Ability to pass a state and federal background check.
  • Experience working with children with autism or other disabilities.
  • RBT credentials highly preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of professionalism.
  • Valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation.
